Assessment/ Development Centre

During this stage we assess and verify candidates' competences based on their behaviour in the simulation play. We use group and individual simulations, skills tests, occupational personality questionnaires and competences interviews. Every participant is observed by two independent assessors and each competence is measured using at least two different methods. In the process we either use the client's company competences system or we prepare our own. Upon request we implement the Assessment/Development Centre methodology at the client's company as a tool for its personnel management. We use the diagnostic tools of the SHL company (occupational personality questionnaire OPQ and skills tests). We have experience in the execution of Insights Discovery, Thomas International and Quest tests. In the process of mergers and acquisitions we conduct personal audits using various assessment tools.
