Accounting Controller

We are currently recruiting for the role of Accounting Controller on behalf of a global organization operating in the industrial sector. This position offers the opportunity to play an important role in the financial and management accounting area, with a strong focus on international collaboration, process ownership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly and annual closings in cooperation with local and global finance teams,
Support controlling activities within the Record-to-Report (R2R) process, including cost center reporting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring,
Contribute to process optimization and digitalization initiatives across the controlling and accounting functions,
Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and financial guidelines,
Participate in the onboarding of new processes transitioned from other regions to the Warsaw hub.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial operations (preferably in SSC, BPO, or an international environment),
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards,
Very good English (min. B2/C1 level);
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP and other ERP systems is highly desirable,
Strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently and in teams.
