Asset and Fund Reconciliation Analyst

Responsibilities:
 

Securities Settlements:

• Provide settlement services as a global custodian for clients.
• Ensure smooth transfer of securities portfolios between financial institutions.
• Ensure timely settlement of transactions across global markets, actively managing accurate realignment of securities positions.

Funds Settlements:

• Process transfers of private placement hedge funds and mutual funds for clients.
• Act as a liaison between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of client assets.
• Handle risk management, trade monitoring, and manual interventions on client and market transactions.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, especially MT54x settlement instructions.
• English (min. B2 level required)
• Knowledge of equities and fixed income products, particularly in processing confirmations and settlements.
• Strong understanding of securities markets, specifically the role of custodians.
• Basic knowledge of corporate actions event processing and reconciliation.
• Extensive experience in securities settlements, including order capturing, instructing, and monitoring.
