Head of Sales
On behalf of a manufacturing and distribution company with a global reach, we are looking for effective candidates with extensive sales management experience in the technical, commodity, chemical, or oil & gas industry to assume the role of Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

Managing, developing and optimizing multi-location selling and sales support teams

Co-creating and implementing the company’s strategy for selling products in various markets

Defining and communicating key performance indicators, targets and long-term plans

Mentoring and guiding the sales force

Collaborating with other departments to optimize overall business performance
-
Establishing and maintaining relationships with major industry players and key strategic partners
-
Analyzing market trends and customer behaviors in order to identify and achieve growth
-
Utilizing analytics to measure the successes and weaknesses of sales strategies
-
Reporting directly and co-operating closely with the Management Board
Requirements:

Substantial experience in large-scale sales management roles
-
Proven success and effectiveness in managing and driving business growth

Interpersonal skills to build trust with the sales team and stakeholders

Analytical skills to understand marketplace models for measuring performance
-
Leadership to inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve goals
-
Degree in Business, Economics or Science
