HR Administration Specialist with German

Responsibilities:
- Providing operational support to the Contract Creation process,
- Collaboration with internal team members and appropriate Managers,
- Managing key administrative processes through the contract lifecycle by performing standard and non-routine administrative tasks,
- Support in additional HR related processes like seminar organization, contract & reference letter creation, time management & travel expenses,
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of German & English Language,
- Work experience in a human resources department will be an asset,
- Good knowledge of MS Office, experience in Workday is a plus,
- Careful, reliable, and independent way of working as well as distinct service orientation,
- Business administration or business IT related studies is a plus.
