Responsibilities:
- Discover engaging creators, especially video-focused, aligned with a professional audience.
- Connect with creators via various channels, sharing guidelines and strategies to enhance engagement.
- Share assets, best practices, and feedback to ensure creators' content meets platform standards.
- Follow up on creator activities, ensuring consistent audience engagement and feedback.
- Maintain an organized creator database for streamlined tracking and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English and German or French.
- First experience working in marketing, social media, or digital branding.
- Good understanding of platform trends, video content strategy and influencer engagement.
- Willingness to work remotely with 3 days of work from the office.
