Scope of duties:
- Control over the circulation and accounting of purchase invoices,
- Control over the execution of outgoing payments,
- Control over the registration of employee reimbursements,
- Control over the process of accounting for bank statements and salaries,
- Control over the reconciliation and settlement of receivable accounts,
- Cooperation with banks,
- Team management, including organizing team work, monitoring goal achievement, assessing the quality of tasks performed, evaluating team efficiency, as well as motivating and fostering employee development.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing an AP team,
- Knowledge of SAP,
- English language proficiency at B2+ level,
- Experience working in the SSC/BPO sector,
- Familiarity with MS Office,
- High efficiency and effectiveness in team management.
