Responsibilities:
- Supporting our recruitment team in administrative tasks for internal and external recruitment processes in English and German.
- Scheduling recruitment interviews via email and phone.
- Working in the HR system: tracking candidates, updating the status of recruitment processes, posting jobs adverts etc.
- Administration of the German employee referral program.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the German (min. B2)
- Knowledge of English (min. B2).
- Excellent communication skills
- Working experience in one of the areas: Administration, HR, Customer Service.
- Knowledge of MS Office will be an added value.
