Responsibilities:
- Growing sales through proactive commercial activities, identifying customer needs, and building long-term business relationships.
- Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets while supporting the company’s business strategy.
- Actively identifying and reaching out to new customers through research, calls, and online sales activities.
- Presenting tailored product solutions to clients and developing long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling, delivery, and post-sales support to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Role requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (min. B2)
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to organize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High personal culture and very good relationship skills
