PTP Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of the invoice processing stream within the P2P operations for the EMEA region. This is an individual contributor role with a strong process leadership focus — acting as the key point of coordination between business stakeholders and external service providers (BPO).

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management of invoice processing activities across the EMEA region within the P2P framework,
- Collaborating with regional and global teams to drive process improvements and continuous optimization,
- Ensuring process compliance, quality, and timeliness in alignment with global standards,
- Coordinating with the external BPO provider: supporting issue resolution, ensuring service quality, and reporting performance,
- Supporting business users with payment, compliance, and invoicing queries,
- Participating in transformation and digitization initiatives within procurement and finance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, P2P/S2P operations, or shared services finance,
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing process improvements (CI mindset),
- Experience with SAP and Ariba systems (or strong willingness to learn),
- Solid understanding of invoice lifecycle, payment compliance, and exception handling,
- Strong English communication skills (min. C1 level) for collaboration in a global environment,
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industry is a plus, as is working with BPO providers.
