For our client, one of the largest and most renowned Polish cosmetic companies and brands, we are looking for Sales & Business Development Manager.

Your responsibilities:
- Market research, definition of potential sales channels, competitors, financial structure of the market, level of investments etc.
- Creation of a sales strategy or business plan for sales of beauty products
- Research competitors and beauty buying trends (market analysis, from online research to visiting industry events and major beauty shows)
- Negotiate and close business deals with clients who are interested in cooperation
- Building vision of market development, phases, stages etc.
Our requirements:
- Creativity & Business Building Skills ' demonstrated ability to identify and develop key business needs of varying customers
- English C1, additional language is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and build relationships
- Results oriented
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Interest in cosmetic procedure market
- Ability to travel
