Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of customers across the DACH region
Contacting customers in German and English regarding overdue invoices, payment reminders, account reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.

Expectations:

Experience working with German-speaking customers (DACH market
Fluency in German and English (B2/C1 level).
Experience in Customer Service, Order management, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Order to Cash (OtC) processes..
Ability to build strong customer relationships, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
