A manager with over a dozen years of experience in IT project management and the implementation of systems supporting HR processes. At HRK Payroll Consulting, she is responsible for ERP system maintenance and development.
She specializes in system selection and implementation, digitalization of employee documentation, and optimization of organizational processes. She has led dozens of projects related to software implementation, product development, and change management. As part of implementation projects, she has trained future system users and prepared trainers to work with new tools. She works in agile methodologies and applies agile practices in technology projects.
Previously, she co-founded IntraSoft24 and co-created PlanQ, a system for work time planning and settlement. She also spent seven years at IntraworQ, where she was responsible for the development of products supporting work time management and digital employee documentation.
