Administrative Assistant in Human Resources Division (F/M/D)
Responsibilities:

Supporting selection and pre-boarding processes;

Scheduling meetings, medical check-ups, and interviews;

Preparing administrative documents, minutes, and reports;

Monitoring functional mailboxes and communicating with internal and external stakeholders;

Supporting document flow, archiving, and database administration;
-
Assisting with statistical data, tables, charts, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in administration, HR support, or recruitment support (at least 1 year);
- Very good written and spoken English

Strong organisational and communication skills;

Good attention to detail and accuracy;

Ability to work with databases and document management systems;

Good command of MS Office
