Your responsibilities:

Managing the full AR process: invoicing, customer contact, payment monitoring
Negotiating payment terms and settlement agreements
Monitoring overdue accounts and analyzing aging reports
Supporting escalations and credit risk evaluations
Updating and maintaining customer data records

Our expectations:

Experience in Customer Service, AR, collections, or credit control
German proficiency
Good command of English
Familiarity with SAP or MS Excel
Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
