Business Controller (M/F/D)
We are looking for a Business Controller to join a finance team in a role with a strong focus on business partnering, analysis and supporting commercial decision-making.
This is a good opportunity for someone who already has experience in business controlling, FP&A or financial analysis and would like to take the next step in their career. We are also open to candidates who are not yet fully experienced Controllers but have a solid understanding of finance, strong analytical skills and the ambition to develop further in a business-oriented role.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and coordinating the annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Analysing monthly business performance, including P&L, revenue, margins and operating costs
- Comparing actual results with budget and forecast and identifying the key drivers behind the results
- Preparing profitability analyses by customer, contract and product
- Supporting commercial and pricing decisions through business cases, financial analysis and recommendations
- Building financial models and performing scenario analyses
- Working closely with Sales, Service and Management, providing financial insight to support business decisions
- Identifying financial risks and opportunities and helping translate them into practical recommendations
- Supporting the Finance team with monthly reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Has experience in business controlling, FP&A, financial analysis or a similar role
- Understands the basics of P&L, profitability, cost structures, budgeting and forecasting
- Is comfortable working with numbers but, more importantly, is able to understand what is behind the numbers
- Enjoys working with the business and communicating with stakeholders outside Finance
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can turn financial and operational data into clear conclusions and recommendations
- Is well organised and able to manage several priorities at the same time
- Has good command of English, both written and spoken
