Compliance Monitoring Analyst
For our client, an international Shared Services Centre, we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Monitoring Analyst.
The selected person will be responsible for supporting global compliance processes by monitoring digital communications and identifying potential compliance risks, with a primary focus on the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform compliance monitoring activities based on established global standards.
- Analyze internal and external communications (emails, chats) using keyword filters and contextual review.
- Identify potential risks such as bribery, corruption, or inappropriate gifting.
- Document findings in a clear and structured way.
- Detect recurring patterns and suggest improvements to monitoring practices.
- Cooperate closely with global compliance teams and U.S.-based business stakeholders.
- Deliver regular reports summarizing risk areas and compliance observations.
- Support the tracking of governance initiatives and compliance KPIs.
- Use modern tools and systems to ensure accurate and efficient analysis.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, compliance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in compliance, audit, legal review, or monitoring—experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is essential.
- Proven understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance requirements and corporate culture.
- High attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to data and communication review.
- Comfortable working with sensitive data in a regulated environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
