Digital Media Manager
Join the Digital Activation Hub as a Digital Media Manager and take on a key role in planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns within one of the most advanced media ecosystems on the market. We are looking for an expert who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence — across Social Ads, Retail Media & Paid Search, and Programmatic & YouTube.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance digital activation plans.Prepare recommendations for annual media plans and contribute to the creation of global playbooks.
- Define KPIs (reach, frequency, ROAS, CPCV, SOV) and implement a test-and-learn approach.
- Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, BVOD/SVOD, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Pacvue, Criteo, CitrusAd.
- Perform daily performance analysis and optimization — pacing, bidding, targeting, creative
- Collaborate closely with local teams, global stakeholders, creative and analytics units.
- Conduct A/B tests, implement new solutions, and leverage platform betas.
- Report results, generate insights, and prepare business recommendations.
- Support and mentor internal digital traders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas: Social Ads / Retail Media / Paid Search / Programmatic / YouTube.
- Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360, Amazon Ads, Pacvue, Criteo, CitrusAd, GA4, Tag Manager, and ad verification tools.
- Proven track record in running and optimizing performance and reach campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large-scale budgets.
- Excellent communication abilities and a strong capacity to collaborate with local and global teams.
- Experience working within complex media structures (in-house and/or agency).
- Fluency in English at an advanced level (mandatory).
