Digital Media Manager (M/F/D)
We are looking for an experienced professional who can combine strategic media thinking with hands-on execution of digital campaigns. The role covers media planning, activation, optimization, and close collaboration with both local and global teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of media activation plans aligned with marketing objectives.
- Provide strategic support to CE and global teams (audience translation, platform roles, KPIs, strategic frameworks).
- Develop and update digital channel playbooks, championing best practices.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across BVOD, YouTube, Online Display & Video channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, including A/B testing and test-and-learn initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report key KPIs (Reach & Frequency, CPV, CPC, budget pacing).
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and media platforms.
- Prepare media recommendations and presentations for annual brand planning.
- Oversee campaign budgets, performance reporting, and financial reconciliations.
Key skills:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic media campaigns (BVOD, YouTube, Display).
- Proven track record in performance-driven campaign optimization and KPI management.
- Experience with media platforms, planning tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners.
- Proactive mindset and strong curiosity for digital marketing innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English required.
