Your Responsibilities

Creating and executing a digital marketing strategy that supports business growth.

Managing digital marketing activities across various channels: SEO, social media, e-commerce, email marketing, and website.

Coordinating data flow between the CRM system, marketing automation tools, and other technological solutions.

Planning, launching, and optimizing PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).

Implementing and developing marketing automation tools and monitoring their performance.

Collaborating with cross-functional project teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, and other specialists.

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to continuously adapt and improve marketing strategies.
Employer Requirements

Experience in a managerial role within e-marketing.

Ability to independently manage digital projects or in cooperation with external agencies.

Proficiency in CRM systems and customer data management.

Proven track record in developing and executing brand promotion strategies in digital environments.

Practical knowledge of analytical tools, especially Google Analytics.

Ability to analyze market changes and adapt strategy to a dynamic competitive environment.

Strong analytical skills, including budgeting, targeting, audience segmentation, performance evaluation of marketing channels, and campaign forecasting.
