Generator Set Sales & Business Development Specialist (M/W/Other)
For our Client, an international manufacturer of industrial machinery and power generation equipment, we are looking for a commercially driven professional to support the company's expansion in the Ukrainian market.
This position offers an opportunity to develop business relationships, identify new sales opportunities and manage commercial projects within the generator set segment. The role combines international business development, technical sales and end-to-end customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales opportunities in the Ukrainian generator set market by establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors, engineering companies and industrial customers.
- Manage the entire sales process, from identifying business opportunities and preparing technical quotations to contract negotiations and order execution.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, logistics and certification teams to ensure efficient project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company during international trade exhibitions, business meetings and customer visits to strengthen market presence and develop long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market developments, identify new business opportunities and take responsibility for achieving sales targets and preparing regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor's or higher), preferably combined with experience in technical sales, international business development or the power generation industry.
- Fluent English, including the ability to communicate professionally with international customers and work with technical and commercial documentation.
- Good understanding of international trade procedures, including Incoterms (FOB/CIF), letters of credit, shipping arrangements, customs clearance and product certification.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to understand basic technical specifications and drawings related to generator sets.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach, strong organizational skills and willingness to travel internationally.
