HR Administration Specialist with German
We are currently looking for an HR Administrator to join our Documentation team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR processes related to maintaining and managing employee documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR documentation in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements
- Prepare, verify, and archive employment-related documents (contracts, annexes, certificates, etc.)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring accurate and timely document flow
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR documentation and provide administrative support across HR processes
- Cooperate with internal departments (Payroll, HR Operations, Time Management, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary HR records and reports
- Continuously review and improve documentation procedures to enhance data quality and compliance
Requirements:
- University degree or ongoing studies (preferably in HR, Administration, or related fields)
- At least one year of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- German – minimum B2 level (mandatory)
- English – minimum B2 level (mandatory)
- Experience with SAP or Workday is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
