HR Administrator with German – Seminars
The HR Administrator – Seminars Area will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for employee seminars and training activities, as well as handling general HR administrative tasks across the full employee lifecycle. The role requires daily communication in German and close collaboration with internal HR teams, external training providers, and other business partners.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in an international environment within a Shared Services setup.
Key responsibilities

Providing comprehensive administrative support for employee seminars and training sessions.

Entering and updating seminar-related data in HR systems (participants, schedules, attendance status).

Preparing invitations, attendance lists, certificates, and participation confirmations.

Communicating with employees, trainers, and internal or external partners in German.

Handling administrative processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from hiring to termination or retirement.

Preparing and updating HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, employment certificates, confirmations).

Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Ensuring all HR processes comply with local labor law and internal company policies.
Requirements

Very good command of German (minimum B2) – required.

Good command of English

At least 2 years of experience in an internal HR department, preferably in the area of organizing seminars or employee training activities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday) is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive approach, ability to work independently, and willingness to collaborate in an international team.
