HR Specialist CEE
We are looking for a motivated professional to join regional HR team and support high-quality administrative and operational HR processes across the Central and Eastern Europe region. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external HR and payroll service providers to support employees across the CEE region.
- Handle end-to-end HR administration, including preparing documentation and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Manage employee benefits administration and maintain contact with external vendors.
- Oversee employee absences in the dedicated CEE absence management system.
- Act as a Workday Key User, ensuring accurate data maintenance and providing system support to internal users.
- Work closely with Administration and HR teams to deliver employee initiatives, including safety and training-related activities.
- Ensure HR processes comply with labor law regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and internal guidelines.
- Adhere to data protection standards (GDPR) while handling employee documentation and sensitive information.
- Support HR audits by preparing required reports and documentation.
- Manage HR correspondence and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR administration and payroll topics across CEE.
- Coordinate recruitment process stages and support communication with candidates in the region.
- Organize and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and analyses.
- Support regional H&S activities, including cooperation with external providers, preparing internal safety reports, coordinating safety audits and participating in monthly meetings.
- Collaborate with teams from various departments across the CEE region to support employee-related initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Preferably a degree in HR, administration, management or a related field.
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent Polish and very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Polish labor law regulations.
- Understanding of GDPR principles and data protection practices.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
- Experience in H&S or coordinating recruitment/onboarding processes is welcome.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information in a professional manner.
