HR Specialist with Swedish (F/M/D)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive HR operational support to employees and managers across the Nordic region (with focus on Sweden)
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Maintain and update employee data in local and global HR systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Manage and track HR requests through a case management system, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA targets
- Prepare and process employee documentation (e.g. contracts, amendments, certificates) in compliance with internal standards
- Support administration of employee benefits and related programs
- Participate in HR data audits and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal regulations
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders
- Handle ongoing HR administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Previous experience in an HR operations / HR administration / shared services environment
- Very good command of Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of Swedish labor law, HR processes, and employment regulations
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday or similar) and case management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data accurately
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment and adapting to changes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook)
