What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive brand success – support the Marketing Lead in managing a well-established brand across Polish market.
- Be the connector – collaborate closely with Customer & Shopper Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Take ownership – lead independent projects (often cross-functional and cross-country) that bring the brand vision to life.
- Shape strategies locally – adapt global brand strategies to meet local and regional needs.
- Stay ahead of the game – track competitors, spot market shifts, and uncover new opportunities.
- Think like a consumer – analyze trends and behaviors to influence brand positioning and growth.
- Deliver impact – manage operational marketing including budget oversight, campaign effectiveness, and sales planning.
- Work with the best – partner with top creative and media agencies to deliver memorable campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Initial experience in brand management, trade marketing, or a related area, ideally in FMCG industry.
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Project management excellence with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (other CE languages are a plus).
