Online Sales Expert (F/M/D)
For our Client – an international company operating in the consumer technology sector – we are looking for an Online Sales Expert who will take ownership of developing sales in the direct-to-consumer (e-commerce) channel for one of the key product categories.
This is an individual contributor role with full responsibility for driving online sales performance, requiring a hands-on approach and a high level of independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of sales performance in the e-commerce (D2C) channel for a dedicated product category
- Planning and executing online sales activities to drive revenue, conversion, and average order value
- Monitoring and optimizing the customer journey and online shopping experience
- Collaborating with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns (performance, CRM, etc.)
- Managing online product offering, promotions, and initiatives (e.g., bundling, cross-selling)
- Analyzing sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, product) within omnichannel initiatives
- Supporting the development of the product ecosystem through initiatives increasing sales of complementary products and services
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or online sales (ideally in a hands-on role)
- Good understanding of digital marketing and performance channels (paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM)
- Ability to independently manage projects and drive results
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with data
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on sales performance
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Experience in consumer electronics, technology, retail, or digital commerce is a plus
