Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, as a trusted business partner.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base within the region.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to align client needs with tailored staffing solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within technical sales sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in English; B2 efficiency
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Relevant educational background in technical software, or related fields is preferred.
