Senior Key Account Manager FMCG (F/M/D)
We are currently partnering with a leading global FMCG organization to recruit an experienced Senior Key Account Manager. This is a strategic role with high visibility, responsible for managing key retail partnerships and driving sustainable business growth in the Polish market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial negotiations with major retail clients
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP)
- Build and implement client-specific strategies aligned with company goals
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and market share growth
- Manage and develop a small team, supporting their professional growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, preferably in cooperation with Key Clients (discounters, drugstores)
- Strong track record in negotiations and customer strategy development
- Experience in leading or mentoring team members
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills
- Fluent Polish and English (both mandatory)
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days office / 2 days remote, Warsaw)
