Sustainability & Environmental Manager
For our Client, an international manufacturing company, due to the development of internal structures, we are looking for passionate and committed candidates for the position od Sustainability & Environmental Manager (F/M/D).

Responsibility:
- Keeping up to date on all relevant current and future regulatory and other requirements (including internal) impacting to the plant/s and locations included to scope, as well as understanding and communicating impact to OC and potential actions required to mitigate risks and secure compliance,
- Putting in place/recommend any internal control necessary to proactively assess status and secure compliance with any relevant requirements (e.g. air, water and process water, soil, noise, waste, chemicals, upset conditions, raw materials, energy and similar),
- Managing any required internal as well as external S&E reporting (e.g. yearly environmental reporting, support yearly sustainability reporting), auditing, investigations and similar,
- Managing risks and potential deviations including internal escalation and collaboration to resolve,
- Being responsible that all needed S&E permits (environmental permits, IED/BREF, Seveso and others) are in place allowing for compliant operations,
- Initiating and leading processes on new/updated permits according needs,
- Implementing relevant, proactive measures and internal control to ensure permit and its conditions are all the time/continuously met,
- Managing external control according to requirements (e.g. periodic measurements/audit), including relevant documentation (e.g. control programs), measurements and reporting.
Requirements:

Higher in process technology, environmental technology, building technology, chemical engineering or material technology – or similar,

Minimum 5 years’ relevant industrial experience including leadership experience (people leader as well as project leader),

Experience from working in a matrix organization, in multinational company,

Fluent in local language and English.
