Accounting Controller
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Controller to join our Client Shared Services hub in Warsaw. In this role, you will support ongoing transitions and take responsibility for financial control processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for multiple European entities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial closing tasks in SAP, focusing on controlling areas like cost centers, internal orders, and profitability analysis
- Support the transition of controlling activities from local entities to the Warsaw SSC
- Ensure accuracy in reporting by conducting data quality checks and reconciliation between controlling modules
- Collaborate with CFOs and finance teams across subsidiaries, providing analysis and insights during month-end and planning cycles
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in controlling processes, tools, and data management
Your Profile:
- Experience in controlling, financial reporting, or accounting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good knowledge of SAP (CO module) and Excel
- Fluent in English
- Ability to adapt in a transition-heavy, fast-paced environment
