Buyer / Senior Buyer with German
We are currently supporting our international client in building a new procurement team in Poland.
As the company is transferring its purchasing processes from abroad to Poland, we are looking for experienced professionals who would like to join the organization at an exciting stage of growth and team creation.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of sourcing and procurement strategies,

Conduct negotiations with suppliers and build long-term business relationships,
-
Identify new sourcing opportunities and drive process improvements,
-
Cooperate closely with international teams within a shared service environment,
-
Prepare procurement analyses, reports, and recommendations.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing,
-
Fluent German (min. B2 level) – mandatory,
-
Good command of English,
-
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills,
-
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement systems (SAP / Ariba – nice to have).

The role is based in Toruń and is performed in a hybrid work model (3 days from the office) – no remote option.
