Commercial Analytics & Sales Excellence Expert
We are looking for an experienced professional who will support the business team in strengthening a data-driven approach to decision making and improving the effectiveness of commercial operations.
This role combines analytical thinking, project coordination and close cooperation with business stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing insights from available data, improving the use of commercial tools and supporting the implementation of initiatives that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the implementation of commercial excellence initiatives within the organization.

Drive the effective use of available data, analytics and digital tools to support business decisions.

Promote a data-driven culture and support teams in leveraging insights in their daily work.

Ensure high standards of data quality and reliability by developing and implementing appropriate processes and procedures.

Provide training and ongoing support to business teams in the use of CRM and other commercial tools.

Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on CRM and market data.

Monitor market trends and coordinate the collection of external market information, including collaboration with industry associations where relevant.

Act as a key point of expertise for CRM systems and support alignment with overall commercial strategy.

Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving business efficiency and operational excellence
Candidate Profile
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industries will be considered a strong advantage.

Previous exposure to CRM systems and commercial analytics tools is highly desirable.
Languages

Very good command of English (spoken and written).

Fluency in the local language.
