Compliance Monitoring Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform compliance monitoring activities based on established global standards.
• Analyze internal and external communications (emails, chats) using keyword filters and contextual review.
• Identify potential risks such as bribery, corruption, or inappropriate gifting.
• Document findings in a clear and structured way.
• Detect recurring patterns and suggest improvements to monitoring practices.
• Cooperate closely with global compliance teams and U.S.-based business stakeholders.
• Deliver regular reports summarizing risk areas and compliance observations.
• Support the tracking of governance initiatives and compliance KPIs.
• Use modern tools and systems to ensure accurate and efficient analysis.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, compliance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in compliance, audit, legal review, or monitoring—experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is essential.
• Proven understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance requirements and corporate culture.
• High attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to data and communication review.
• Comfortable working with sensitive data in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
