Customer Service Specialist with German
Our Client is a global leader in engineering and manufacturing products and solutions for various industries in the technical sector. Due to ongoing development, we are looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Service Specialist with German to join their international team.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, etc.)
- Manage and process orders, delivery schedules, and complaints
- Provide customers with product availability, pricing, and order status
- Support issue resolution and continuous improvement in customer service processes
- Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Full-time availability
- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is a plus
