Responsibilities:
- Handling email and phone communication with clients
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving ongoing issues
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of service
- Monitoring and reporting customer requests
Requirements:
- Very good command of German (minimum B2/C1)
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Experience in customer service will be a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills and customer-oriented approach
- Availability for on-site work
