Customer Service Specialist with German (F/M/D)
For our Client, an international consulting company, we are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to German-speaking clients. If you enjoy working with people, are skilled at problem-solving, and are fluent in German, this opportunity may be right for you.
Key responsibilities:

Handling email and telephone communication with clients

Responding to client inquiries and resolving ongoing issues

Cooperating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of service

Updating data in the CRM system

Monitoring and reporting customer requests
Requirements:

Very good command of German (minimum C1 level)

Previous experience in customer service will be a strong asset
