Wynagrodzenie od 7800 zł brutto do 9500 zł brutto

Key responsibilities:

Handling email and telephone communication with clients
Responding to client inquiries and resolving ongoing issues
Cooperating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of service
Updating data in the CRM system
Monitoring and reporting customer requests

Requirements:

Very good command of German (minimum C1 level)
Previous experience in customer service will be a strong asset
Strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented approach
