Direct Buyer (F/M/D)

In this role, you will manage end-to-end purchasing activities for assigned categories and support production continuity through effective planning, negotiation, and supplier communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement processes for direct materials and components required for production
- Place and monitor purchase orders in line with production schedules and internal needs
- Maintain close collaboration with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve potential delays
- Manage contract documentation and pricing updates in internal systems
- Analyze purchase data, monitor inventory levels, and maintain alignment with planning teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing department
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders (engineering, planning, quality, logistics) regarding procurement matters
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, ideally in an international production environment
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP tools (Oracle preferred)
- Experience in the automotive or electronics sector will be a strong asset
