Director of Civil Engineering Division in Poland

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate the organization’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans for the division and oversee their execution.
• Lead the development and implementation of operational initiatives in the civil engineering sector, managing selected core processes.
• Track the financial performance of projects, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure targets are met.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices including regular safety visits to projects.
• Analyze market opportunities and assess potential investments in line with long-term business strategy.
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients, strategic partners, and key contractors.
• Foster an organizational culture that reflects company’s values and ensure adherence to these values.
• Support employee development activities, identify potential successors, and implement development programs.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and results-driven leader who:

• Has at least 5 years of management experience in the construction/civil engineering sector and holds a Master’s degree—preferably in civil engineering.
• Has a strong background in developing and implementing business strategies, as well as refining operational processes to deliver consistent outcomes.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the civil engineering industry and its market dynamics.
• Is focused on delivering high-quality results across a broad client portfolio.
• Brings proven expertise in managing relationships with clients, contractors, partners, and suppliers.
• Demonstrates sound leadership, financial savvy, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Is skilled in resolving challenges and creating motivated, high-performing teams.
• Upholds high ethical standards and embodies our company’s values in everyday work.
• Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across diverse teams.
• Is fluent in both Polish and English languages.
• Holds a valid category B driver’s license.
