E-commerce Manager
For our client – a leading international company in the consumer electronics sector – we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of E-commerce Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the development of online sales in a selected product category (home appliances/consumer electronics) – both through own e-commerce channels and external partners.
- Initiating and managing projects aimed at increasing online sales and improving commercial efficiency.
- Close cooperation with internal teams including marketing, trade marketing, logistics, sales, and international departments.
- Creating and executing product strategies across e-commerce channels (D2C and B2B).
- Analyzing sales and consumer data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Building and strengthening relationships with key e-commerce partners.
- Achieving online-specific sales KPIs (e.g. revenue growth, conversion rates, campaign performance, product availability).
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce on the side of a manufacturer, distributor, or a well-known brand.
- Proven track record in independently managing end-to-end e-commerce projects.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic, business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude, decisiveness, and strong focus on results.
- Fluency in English is a must.
