Global IT Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI/RFP, e-auctions), from requirements gathering to supplier selection and awarding;
- Manage global IT contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance monitoring;
- Ensure regulatory and third-party risk compliance in line with internal procurement policies;
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs;
- Support vendor relationship management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement;
- Contribute to strategic procurement initiatives, including ESG alignment and cost optimization;
Candidate Profile:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply chain, engineering, finance, business);
- 4–5 years of IT procurement experience, preferably within a global or financial services environment;
- Strong experience in sourcing Software, SaaS, Hardware, and/or IT services;
- Skilled in contract negotiation, drafting, and review;
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems;
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1 level);
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with strong stakeholder management skills;
