Global Vendor Manager – HR
We’re looking for a Global Vendor Manager to play a key role in shaping a new, independent organization. This is a strategic position that blends operational mastery with transformation leadership — an opportunity to build a global HR vendor ecosystem from the ground up, including payroll, benefits, and HR technology services.
What you’ll do

Define and deliver the global HR vendor management strategy, including governance, processes, and partnership models across multiple regions.

Ensure all HR vendor frameworks, systems, and contracts are ready for the company’s transition into a fully standalone organization within two years.

Lead global vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management.

Oversee global HR vendor performance, compliance, and risk management.

Act as the global escalation point for any vendor-related issues.

Build and implement global governance tools, reporting frameworks, and policies to drive vendor excellence.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to align vendor management with business goals.

Negotiate and renew contracts with key HR partners, ensuring compliance, quality, and cost efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction across the vendor landscape.

Champion innovation and continuous improvement in HR vendor management practices.
What we’re looking for

University degree in Business, HR, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR vendor management, HR operations, or procurement.

Proven track record in transformation projects, carve-outs, or greenfield setups.

Strong negotiation, relationship management, and influencing skills on a global scale.

Strategic yet hands-on mindset — able to move seamlessly from vision to execution.

Resilience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

Experience working in a matrix or multinational environment, collaborating across regions and cultures.

Solid understanding of HR systems and technologies (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, ServiceNow).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions.
