Head of Network Planning
We are currently supporting an international organization in the search for an experienced Head of Network Planning — a strategic role responsible for shaping and optimizing the company’s global logistics.
This is a key position for a visionary leader who combines strong analytical thinking with operational expertise, capable of driving large-scale transformation and delivering long-term supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead network operations and decisions across regions.
- Design and implement digital twin models for manufacturing and warehousing optimization.
- Partner with category supply teams on annual Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)
- Act as a global expert and super user for network management tools (e.g., Coupa, Llamasoft).
- Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations and clear business decisions.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a logistics/supply chain role with experience in leading global processes.
- Proven background in network design, logistics optimization, and strategic capacity planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to manage and interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience in international environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
