HR Administration Specialist with German

Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of administrative processes in the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), including contract preparation, onboarding, employee data updates, and offboarding.
- Manage HR documentation and maintain personnel files in compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Prepare employment certificates, confirmations, and HR letters.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in the HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday).
- Respond to employees’ and managers’ queries related to HR policies, documentation, and procedures.
- Cooperate closely with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams across the EMEA region.
- Support audits and reporting activities by delivering required documentation and data.
Requirements:
- Has 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar back-office role, preferably in an SSC environment.
- Is fluent in German (B2/C1) and has good command of English (B2/C1).
- Has a solid understanding of HR administrative processes and local labor law.
- Is accurate, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Feels comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
- Is experienced with HR systems (SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors – an advantage).
