HR Operations Associate with German
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee various employee lifecycle activities, from hiring to exit, such as preparing employment agreements, coordinating onboarding procedures, updating personnel records, and managing offboarding tasks.

Maintain and update HR documentation, ensuring all employee records are complete, accurate, and stored according to internal guidelines and legal requirements.

Draft official HR communications including job references, employment verifications, and standard HR correspondence.

Input and manage employee information in HR systems such as SAP, Workday, or similar platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Act as a point of contact for employees and managers by addressing questions regarding HR policies, documentation, and internal processes.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams across different countries in the EMEA region to ensure consistent HR service delivery.

Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering and delivering necessary HR documents and records.

Contribute to internal reporting by compiling and sharing relevant HR metrics and workforce data as needed.
Who You Are:

You have between 1 and 3 years of practical experience in HR administration or a comparable support function, preferably in a shared service center or corporate setting.

You speak German confidently (B2/C1 level) and are equally comfortable communicating in English (B2/C1).

You understand key HR workflows and administrative practices, and you’re familiar with the basics of employment legislation.

You’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing tasks efficiently.

You enjoy working in an international, fast-evolving environment and are quick to adapt to new challenges.

You’ve worked with HR software before – such as SAP, Workday, or SuccessFactors – or you’re eager to learn (prior experience is an advantage).
