HR Specialist with German
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist / Senior HR Administrator to join an international HR team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate HR processes throughout the entire employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor law.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR administrative processes related to the employee life cycle (onboarding, contract changes, promotions, and offboarding).

Prepare, review, and maintain HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, certificates).

Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing support on HR policies and procedures.

Maintain and update employee data in HR systems with high accuracy.

Handle time management processes, including absence management, working time records, and related queries.

Support training and seminar coordination, including registration, scheduling, and documentation.

Collaborate closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other departments for smooth HR operations.

Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements.

Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and local labor regulations.
Requirements:

German language proficiency (min. B2) and English (min. B2) – both spoken and written.

Previous experience in HR administration, preferably covering time management or training processes.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Experience with HR systems (SAP, Workday, or similar) is an asset.
