HR Specialist with German
For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an HR Administrator with German to support HR operations mainly for the German market.
The role covers the full Employee Life Cycle, from onboarding through HR administration to offboarding and retirement processes.
The majority of daily communication will be conducted in German.
Key responsibilities:

Managing HR administration processes across the entire Employee Life Cycle (hire to retire)

Preparing and maintaining employee documentation (contracts, annexes, certificates, confirmations)

Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintaining HR data in HR systems and ensuring data accuracy

Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries

Cooperating with internal stakeholders (Payroll, HR Business Partners, Recruitment)

Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal HR policies and local labor law requirements

Providing HR support mainly for Germany
Requirements:

German language proficiency at minimum B2 level (daily working language)

English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration, HR operations, recruitment, or a similar HR-related role

Good understanding of HR processes and documentation

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data

Good organizational and communication skills

Experience with HR systems will be considered an asset
