International Sales & Marketing Manager

Tasks:

• Responsible for dealer procurement, payment collection, and inventory management; formulate dealer support policies; assist dealers in driving end-user sales to achieve annual and monthly sales and collection targets set by Sany Poland.  
• Assist dealers in executing various marketing and promotional activities; organize and lead visits for dealers and their key customers to company facilities (tours of Chinese factories).  
• Analyze market competition and dealer performance, and report to the Subsidiary General Manager. 
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Subsidiary General Manager.
• Execution of sales tasks in the assigned area.
• Active acquisition of clients.
• Assistance, technical support, and advice regarding the machines being sold.
• Building long-term business relationships with clients.
• Reporting on ongoing activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in excavators and wheel loaders sales or supporting dealers.
• Driving license
• Communicative knowledge of English (B1, B2)
