Our client-an international FMCG company with a strong, well-loved brand portfolio—is searching for a Junior Trade Marketing Manager who’s ready to grow, create, and make things happen.
If you’re currently a Trade Marketing Specialist, Senior Specialist, or in a similar role and want your next big challenge—this might be exactly the move you’re looking for.
This is a hands-on, energetic role where you’ll help shape promotional plans and brand activation across the drugstore channel, while also supporting projects in wider modern trade.
You’ll be the connector between Marketing, Sales, and shoppers—making sure brands shine at the shelf and campaigns translate into results.
You will:
- Support and co-create trade marketing plans for key drugstore retailers
- Coordinate promotions, product launches and in-store visibility
- Work with agencies to produce POS materials and activation tools
- Prepare insights, reports, and recommendations based on performance data
- Cooperate closely with Sales teams on customer-specific activities
- Track competitor moves and category trends
- Help plan and execute nationwide activations beyond the drugstore channel
You’ll Succeed Here If You
- Have experience in trade marketing, sales support, category management or marketing -preferably in FMCG
- Are familiar with the drugstore channel (or eager to learn it quickly)
- Feel confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Enjoy both the creative and analytical sides of trade marketing
- Like working with people and building strong relationships
- Speak Polish fluently and communicate well in English
- Bring energy, initiative, and a “let’s make it happen” mindset
