Medical Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Stay current on medical science and pharmacotherapy trends by reviewing professional literature, attending scientific congresses, and engaging with national and international experts.
- Provide up-to-date, scientifically sound input to internal departments, particularly Marketing, to support strategy and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing on the development of promotional materials and positioning strategies for pharmaceutical brands.
- Prepare training content and deliver educational sessions for Medical Representatives.
- Participate in cross-functional domestic and international project teams, particularly regarding product development and international market launches.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferred in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry or similar)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in a Medical Advisor or Medical Science Liaison (or similar) role, ideally with Rx products.
- Proficiency in using medical databases and scientific research tools.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and creativity.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical advertising regulations.
- Previous experience in an international working environment will be an advantage.
